Do you guys ever get so hungry you feel like you’re going to throw up sometimes or am I just weird?
If you guys want a work out plan for yoga, piyo, pilates, cardio kickboxing, cardio dance, target areas workout routine, or even just a stretching/flexibility routine… just message me what routine you want and what level you’re at (beginner, intermediate, advanced) and I’ll send you back a routine.

mini late night work out was a success. I can’t get to sleep though. I’m probably going to come up with more yoga “routines” to do after our workouts and maybe a few Cardio routines… Maybe even strength training exercises? I’ll probably only end up doing a few lesson plans for yoga.
